RCR Light Aircraft is owned and operated by Rudolph
"Chuck" Riley and is located at
Fresno Chandler airport hangar A-6 in Fresno California.
Chuck has been building and flying experimental airplanes since 1980. Chuck
learned from his mentor, Bill Coffee, who was a master woodworker. Bill taught
Chuck the basics of wooden aircraft construction. Chuck and two partners built
three experimental KR-2's using Chevrolet Corvair engines.
In 1985 Chuck
purchased his first airplane, a Cessna 150G. Some years later after selling his
Cessna he entered into ultralight building and flying. His first ultralight was
two axis Quicksilver. Then, an MXL-II, a couple of prototypes, Goldwing,
Falcon, and a Titan II.
He also hopes to build, sometime in the future, a GNAT and
Hummelbird. Chuck also helps others fulfill their flying needs and desires by
selling or finding formally used aircraft for his clients.
Currently Chuck builds the “Panos Pumper” for the Titan Tornado
line which is a Kimberly Panos design. It’s a great accessory for the Titan.
